Infusion Improves Post-Kidney Transplant Renal Function

For recipients of kidney transplant who received an infusion of dexmedetomidine, early postoperative renal function was improved, according to a study published in Annals of Medicine. However, total vessel density was not greatly different between the intervention and control groups.
