The study by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rhsmith.umd.edu\/directory\/s-raghu-raghavan\">S. Raghu Raghavan<\/a>, Dean&#8217;s Professor of Management Science and Operations Management, and Associate Professor of Marketing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rhsmith.umd.edu\/directory\/liye-ma\">Liye Ma<\/a>, both in UMD\u2019s Robert H.
