The past few months have changed me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I tried to brave it out,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pulmonaryhypertensionnews.com\/columns\/sharing-ph-stories-offer-hope-connection\/\">hold on to hope<\/a>, and pray for a miracle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few months ago, my doctors advised that oral\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pulmonaryhypertensionnews.com\/approved-treatments-for-pulmonary-hypertension\/\">pulmonary hypertension medication<\/a>\u00a0was no longer working. I had to move on to infusions of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pulmonaryhypertensionnews.com\/pulmonary-hypertension-therapy-remodulin-widens-blood-vessels\/\">Remodulin<\/a>\u00a0(treprostinil) or be listed for transplant.
