The policy was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/optn.transplant.hrsa.gov\/media\/2640\/li2018_01_analysis-report_20180924.pdf\">projected<\/a>&nbsp;to increase equity and provide more consistent transplant access for the most urgent transplant candidates.
