That number is likely to increase by 30,000 people next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael Spigler is vice president of Patient Services and Kidney Disease Education at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidneyfund.org\/\">American Kidney Fund<\/a>&nbsp;(AKF).
