She called the doctor\u2019s office. \u201cWhat&#8217;s going on?\u201d the chatty, spiritual 58-year-old from Pittsburgh remembers saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The staff asked if she\u2019d recently been sick. She had. Doyle caught a bad cough on a family cruise, but it had passed.
