Age 42 or younger at transplantation (HR 3.15, 95% CI 1.22-8.16,<em>\u00a0P<\/em>=0.02)<br>&#8211; Using mycophenolate mofetil after transplantation (HR 3.06, 95% CI 1.39-6.73,\u00a0<em>P<\/em>=0.005)<br>&#8211;
