Initial results from 3 centers in New York reported a high mortality rate of 20%-39% in hospitalized patients\u00a0<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidney-international.org\/article\/S0085-2538(20)31202-3\/fulltext#\">1<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidney-international.org\/article\/S0085-2538(20)31202-3\/fulltext#\">2<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidney-international.org\/article\/S0085-2538(20)31202-3\/fulltext#\">3<\/a><\/sup>.
