Patient Education Session: Is your kidney transplant working as well as your doctor thinks it is?

Loading

Over 20% of kidney transplants fail within five years,
and the risk of chronic rejection increases over the life
of your transplant.

Lab tests help your care team monitor for risk of
rejection and allow them to provide treatment if there
is an issue. However, conventional tests often only detect
problems after the damage is done.
Join us for this educational workshop to learn how
newer tests can detect issues earlier.

• Why is post-transplant care important
• What is dd-cfDNA
