The ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ hitmaker was speaking during a virtual press conference to promote his new songs, ‘Can’t Put It in The Hands of Fate’ and ‘Where Is Our Love Song’, with proceeds for the latter track being donated to Feeding America.

He told press: “I was blessed with a new kidney and that happened on December 6, 2019 … I feel great. My voice feels great.”
